I bought an odoo application that is suppose to synchronize amazon orders, for my book keeping. But it doesn't synchronize all orders so it is useless. I lost $1000.
I contacted the support. They said they apply a no refund policy. When I asked a refund with paypal saying the product doesn't workthey lied in the resolutionthey said that I tried a demo version. It was falseOf course when you sell product that doesn't work you have a no refund policy and you lie.
