Sent an e-transfer to myself for a large amount. The transfer doesn't go through but the funds disappear from my account! I then get locked out of ALL my accounts. I call to resolve the situation and David ******* from the security department lies and tells me that he made a complaint for me and escalated the issue but fails to provide me a reference for the call and then hangs up on me because he doesn't "feel like waiting" while the issue gets resolved. I am shocked that this bank employs people like David ******* Really disappointed from the service received from David ******* and how I was treated. The worst. I truly hope noone ever goes through something like this.
