The worst experience we ever had with an online seller. The product iPhone 15 ProMax was never delivered and we had to claim a chargeback to get our money back. Their team was very inefficient in solving the problem, so we had to oppose the transaction through Revolut and got our money back after more than 2 months and after endless discussions. I do not recommend this company and we will certainly not use it in the future. Problems can happen to everyone, it's how you deal with them and find solutions that matter. And here Amazon.de was a huge fail.
