If you want to have the order come wrong this is your place. I tired them 3 times but never again. The last ditch effort was to order from Taco Bell. Seemed easy enough. Made a big order for this place ($70) and waited. It came to the door with about 1/4 of the order. I called customer service and just wanted my order corrected. They cancelled the order, issued a refund and I was stuck. I told customer service all I wanted was my order delivered correctly. They said they were sorry, offered a $20 credit and said to order again. This was my 3rd $20 credit that was never honored from previous mistakes, so I didn't give it much thought. I just wanted my order. They said their hands were tied and to re-order. This company could really care less about anything except orders that are done right. The ones that go wrong are low priority. It says a lot about Grub Hub in general and it's only matter of time before this massive aspect of their company plays a serious role overall.
