The first time I had used them, I had a paper due at 11 am and it was written at 5 am the day of it being due so i had no time to ask for revisions or anything. Then this last time I used them, I had asked for a paper and was very specific as to what the paper should look like as the professor wanted it in a specific way. The writer wrote a completely different paper where I would have gotten an F if I had handed it in. I went to the admins and they were very apologetic and only gave half of my payment back. So I paid $200 for a paper that I couldn't even hand in. I definitely would rather just write them myself next time and save the stress of having to ask for an extension and writing the entire paper in one day
