“Try returning the equipment - Worst customer service”

I bought a tennis racquet... didnt not remove packet on the handle. Etc...
Returned the racquet of trying tennis ball with a few shots, felt that it isnot going to work for me.
They cut 25 percent of the cost of racquet on returning and also the remining 75%, they are sending a gift card.
When I asked the customer service replied that it is their policy... this is the last time I am buying from midwest. Worst service.
