I booked a round trip from San Francisco to Cebu about 2 weeks ago. A few days after booking, I used my e-ticket from justfly to verify my flights with the airline. I found out one of my returning flight was missing. So I contacted justfly to find out what is going on. I was on hold for about 45 minutes then finally somebody answered the call. The representative confirmed that the airline cancelled one of my returning flight. But she didn't tell me why the airline cancelled my flight. Then she told me everything is back on schedule and I have nothing to worry about.
Then yesterday morning when I check my booking on justfly it said there has been some changes to my itenaery. And I should contact them as soon as possible. I did not receive any notifications from justfly about the changes prior to this. So I called justfly and I was on hold for 1 HOUR and 45 MINUTES before I hang up because I have to go to my class. Then I called them after my class, AGAIN I was hold for another 40 MINUTES and the machine keep telling me there are more than 10 callers ahead of me. So I decided to hang up and cancel my reservation.
When I called their cancellation department someone answer the phone right away. The representative said I have to pay $150 to justfly for PROCESSING FEE out of my pocket. In addition, she said I have to pay $160 to the airline for cancellation, from my refund. I ended up cancelling it even though I'm not going to get back half of what I paid. For me this is my first and the last time using justfly.
