I haven't had any issue with this company. I only called because I forgot my login info and nothing I tried was working. I called Customer Service (had to hold for about 5 or 10 minutes, no big deal) and got Gabriela. She resolved my concerns in less time than I was on hold, lol! She was professional and friendly. Tip for consumers: I've had Blue Mountain membership since March 2022 and haven't experienced any issue or inconsistency with what was promised when I signed up.
