DO NOT BUY FROM VIDAXL
I ordered a product and it came damaged, I am waiting over a month for the courier to collect it. VidaXL will not issue me a refund until the product is picked up by the courier. This is not acceptable as I have the product here ready for collection.
I have sent the Customer Care Department almost 20 emails, and I just keep getting the same response 'the courier will be in contact with you' and 'you will not get a refund until the courier has collected the item'. I took a day off work and spent a full day 8am-5pm waiting for a courier but the courier never showed up.
No one has contacted me by phone and the customer care department do not have a phone number to call them on.
My advise is DO NOT BUY FROM VIDAXL the products may be a bit cheaper but if they are damaged there is no comeback.
