I ordered a handbag online but it was never delivered... I have a Ring doorbell so I know that no delivery attempt was made. I contacted the Coach Outlet Customer Service & they said they would not refund my money because UPS said the item had been delivered. They would only issue a credit so I said just send me the item I ordered and they refused citing 'low inventory'.
Here's the last response I received:
We are terribly sorry you didn't receive your Kristy Shoulder Bag In Signature Canvas. Sadly, when a shipping courier marks an item as delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. We can reship the item or issue a merchandise card for it. Sadly, the item is too low in stock for a reshipment.
Incredibly bad customer service. I am now fighting the charge with my credit card company since Coach is being so unreasonable.
