I subscribed to Experian's Premium Reporting service at $24.99 a month plus tax. I changed my payment method and after several months I realized they were still billing both cards for the service. I cancelled the service and I had to cancel both credit cards and have them reissued. I spoke with Experian and they refused to correct the problem claiming I was paying for two separate accounts and there was nothing they could do about it. Do not use this service. Imagine a company that rates your credit and steals your money. I'm not sure if ironic is even the appropriate term.

Your order would ship by USPS Priority Mail regardless of whether you paid shipping or get free shipping, so we can refund you for the shipping charge and apologize for the confusion as you were checking out. The price changes, which all went up between November last year and January this year, but if you were not buying from us at the time you may have missed a lot of that communication in our box stuffers. Please send me your order number and let me check the shipping.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS WEBSITE. They have come on pricing with all sorts of add on pricing and shipping that they are not competitive whatsoever. But once you subscribe you can never unsubscribe. I've tried everything and somehow 3 years later their emails still breach my firewall.

I accidentally double ordered an item. I immediately contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do the items already shipped. When in fact the items did not ship for a week after the order(s) were placed. They told me no problem just return it for a full refund. I returned the 2nd order. It has been two weeks since they received it back. I finally received an email from them that they have it. Please expect my refund in 2-3 weeks and they were deducting their shipping cost from the "full" refund. Not even sure what to say but I will not do business with them going forward.

I was hoping for a far better experience. It took my order 5 days to deliver from the time it was shipped even though I was charged for next day delivery. Everything appears to still be edible, but the frozen items were all defrosted and thus everything needs to be eaten immediately which was obviously not the intended purpose. Some items might still need to be thrown out. I emailed the company and never received a reply. I've since done more research and found most of the items for less money and in most cases free shipping. I will not be a returning customer.
