I ordered their name brand" Leatherrite Leather Creamer". They sent me a "multi-purpose leather restore". It does not work at all. Website says 90-day guarantee It says if you're not satisfied, simply return for "full refund". They have offered me 65% and I pay the shipping. What a rip-off.

Purchased hearing aids at HEAR USA in Ocala RT 200 for over $3000 plus insurance, WORST condescending hearing aid ( specialist?) I have ever had to tolerate. When I told her there is a chirping noise when I chew, she says "then don't chew"! In the beginning of 3rd visit I asked if she could give me the circular inserts because they fit very comfortable vs the rectangular ones. She told me they don't have them. The 5th and final visit on Monday I will be returning them for a refund which my insurance company has agreed to. All of a sudden they have circular ear piece?

I use that term loosely. Have sent them 5 emails over a 2 week period and have not received one response. They claim there is a warranty with their products but thpparently doesn't hold true

If you have an issue it takes days, even weeks to get a resolution. They keep using the term"partnering" with management to resolve an issue. It's nothing more than a stalling tactic. They never call you back. Employees like "Dallas" give it back to Alice who gives it back to Henry who gives it to Kevin. Get the point! Extremely POOR customer service.

Ordered several tomato plants. 2 months into growing the tomatoes would start turning red but then would rot out before full red. When I contacted them their response was "eat the good part and throw out the rotten part". What an idiotic response.
