“Above and beyond my expectations for customer service”

I encountered a brick wall when trying to download Microsoft Office to my iMac. I called the Customer Support number provided on the Microsoft error message. I got connected to Jacob Smith. He spent a good 3 hours with me patiently diagnosing and explaining what was doing. He installed a firewall product that enabled him to download and install the Office suite.
