I recently my purchased this product and it did not work!' Asked for a refund and they said no. Do not purchase rip off dose not work as advertised! Picked it up to help a friend figuring I had a 30 day guarantee. Software did not work for my purpose. Waste of money, refund refused. Do not buy! Disputing purchase with credit card company. Refund policy not helpful!
