Ordered a Remote Control Track Vehicle at $80 on May 15 and received it on 24 July. I was not aware that it was being shipped by a slow boat from China. The box arrived crashed and since there was zero packing supplies in the box, the vehicle was broken and so was the remote control. The vehicle also looked like it was not worth the $80 that I paid. I read their return policy and learned that I must ship the item back in its same (crushed) box to Switzerland, so they can determine it a refund is due. I know that sending a somewhat large box overseas will cost a minimum of $60 to send. They got me because it would not be worth the trouble of shipping cost to maybe get back less then $20, I would be out of the $80 and the return shipping cost. I have emailed their customer service twice in the last two weeks and have received no reply. I have also called their phone number several times, only to get a recording to email the customer service, which does not reply to my emails. DO NOT buy from Soho Emporium... slow delivery, poor packaging, NO customer service. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
