My friend purchased an eGift for me from restaurants.com. She gave me printed out instructions to redeem my eGift card, which directed me to the redeem restaurant.com website. From there, I could (supposedly) search for restaurants in my area and add a restaurant git certificate to my cart. I never made it past the first step. After 15 minutes fruitlessly searching for a way to redeem the card, I finally gave up. Fortunately the card wasn't expensive.
