I received my lemon ombre shoes extremely late and when I opened the box they were candy tie-dye and 2 right shoes. And then without warning, they refunded me my money, after stating the correct shoes were on there way. I received several updates about said shoes, that they would be arriving soon. This has been ongoing since January 18,2024. Customer Service just says sorry, have a great day. Probably the worst customer service experience I've experienced, they don't care, not that they should lose sleep over it, but offer something for the hassle you put me through. Just go to the store and buy them, save yourself the hassle.
