I have 3 packages requested to ship out on 5 June (domestic package), and every time I check back to the website it always shows "Mailout has been shipped from our warehouse and is en route to you". When I paid for the shipping fees, they stated it takes 2-4 days to arrives, and now I have waited for a week. I can suspect they are actually planning to steal my packages as they know there are valuable items inside and I did not purchase the insurance.
I've hired 2 writers from EssayPro in a different time, I'm not satisfied with their writers because these writers are not native English speaker, I believe most of them are African, do not believe on the profile photos, speak to them before you place an order and they are not following the guideline to complete the assignment. Furthermore, you will find out these writers mostly paraphrase from the textbook and the similarity is above 90%.
Updated 19/12/19, I was able to get a full refund and assign it to another writer, and surprisingly the assignment done by him is impressing and I got 20/20 (Sociology), so I changed the review from 1 star to 4 stars, based on the bad experience and good experience, I think it was a fair rating. Other good things about Essay Pro were if you're not satisfied with their work, you can choose to not release the payment to the writer which I just found out after my 3rd order. And also to mention I got 30% money back from my first order which I rate 3 stars for the writer and which I do not request for refund but they refund it to me which made me feel that they care for their customer. Based on their service I will keep using this website and keep searching for good writers. And still, advice for hiring a writer from the website, talk to them and look for the reviews before you assign them, I basically will pass out all the rating below 4.8, don't believe on their profile photos and what they promised, look for the reviews and talk to them.

I've completed the order and rate 1 star to their writer, AND THEN i noticed they hide all the low ratings and show 5 stars rating only.
