Follow up from previous review. More emails and chasing up... more and more excuses from seller. Check out how many terrible reviews this company has on their own Facebook page. Check out how many excuses! This company consistently makes excuses for items taking 4 or more months to arrive, incorrect sizes being sent, wrong items being sent or items not being sent at all. Admittedly after over 4 months I did receive a refund through PayPal... however that was purely due to the fact that PayPal stepped in. Had I paid through my credit card, I would still be waiting for a refund. I am not denying the shirts, if or when you do receive one, are of great quality and design. However, actually receiving the shirt is the problem. I only received part of my order. Their customer service is a joke and after continually chasing up my order after waiting over four months with all the excuses imaginable from this company when they do finally stop ignoring you and respond, I found I had wasted so much time and energy that dealing with their incompetence was too exhausting. Multiple emails and messages ( I sent 14 emails to this company and multiple fb messages).
After I finally received a response after a month of emailing, excuses ranged from covid, floods, shipping order went missing, business owner went camping and didn't have service to read emails (what camping for 3 months!), business owner went AWOL due to all the stress (this excuse has been used on more than one occasion)... and the myriad of other rubbish excuses as to why the company has taken your money and not sent your shirts and not answered any emails or messages from you. Do yourself a favour, spare yourself the stress and buy elsewhere. And look at the consistently negative reviews on their Facebook page. People are wanting to take action against this company!
This company is a disgrace for an Australian company!
