I wish I could rate in the negative numbers! This company is an absolute fraud! Im about to contact the CFPB. I ordered my canvases around September 19,2017 and here it is October 30,2017 and my order still isnt complete. I paid for 3 canvases 3 different pictures. Only one of the pictures was giving them trouble because of low resolution (so they say) and they contacted me right away to tell me to resend the picture. I did but when I called them to confirm whether or not the new picture was acceptable, I didnt get answer until after my 5th call to them. They dont return messages no matter how you leave them. So far Ive only received 1 of 3 canvases and the man that I spoke to got an attitude when I asked him about my free canvas that was supposed to be a part of their BOGO. Im sick to stomach to think that Ive been ripped off. BTW, they took my payment out almost immediately.
