I have never had such bad customer service in my entire life. They shipped my item and it is now 4 months later and I have not received anything. I emailed them many times to ask for a refund or simply the product itself and they actually refused to give me either! I am going to contact my bank and turn this in as fraud and they will be hearing from them and probably many investigators in this site. They have scammed many people in the past and this needs to end.
