I had high hopes for this company, they have a wide variety of products at great prices. I WAS WRONG. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I ordered a very expensive very special Pickleball paddle. The first paddle I received was the wrong color. I called and asked them if they had the right color in stock & if it was possible to exchange the paddles. They told me they had the correct one in stock. I had big tournament coming up so I wanted the new one fast. I had to make an additional purchase for the new-correct colored paddle. They were kind enough to two day ship it at no charge but when it arrive it was the wrong color AGAIN! I had seen the paddle on another site, but chose to purchase it through them. Whne they sent me the wrong paddle the first time, I should have purchased it from the other site, but the customer service team assured me they had the correct paddle in stock and they would send it asap. After they messed up TWICE I went back to the other site and the paddle I wanted was sold out. I was VERY disappointed. I called customer service again and this time a supervisor went to the warehouse to see what was going on and if they had the paddle in the color I wanted. They did not. They offered me less than a 12% discount to just keep the paddle I had. I was sort of offended at how little of a discount they offered after I explained that not only did they send me the wrong paddle twice, but now I have missed my opportunity to buy the right paddle from another site AND if I can find the paddle I actually want I wont be able to get it in time for my tournament. Now I know what you're thinking... its just a color, deal with the wrong colored paddle and play in your event, because that's what customer service said to me... but I paid a lot of money for this paddle. Part of the reason I love this paddle is because of the color. I wanted a paddle that matched my personality and the paddle I got was a horrible color, I didn't want to pay a lot of money for something I didn't even like looking at. It's a big deal to me, but whats a bigger deal is that the company mess up TWICE and now I've missed out on my dream paddle.
