If you buy something you better hope you don't have to return it. They have to contact the manufacturer to make sure that you can return the product then you have to pay a restocking fee. I'm still waiting after 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to the webstaurant store to get approval to return the product. I called the manufacturer myself and they said yeah no problem we take returns but I have to go through the webstaurant store since I ordered it there.
Thank you for your review, Cherish. I am sorry to hear that is has been an issue creating a manufacturer return! When items that originally shipped from the manufacturer have to be returned, we do need their approval and return information in order to set the return up in our system.
