I ordered a ring, due to an accident lost it. Kept searching for another to replace it. Finally contacted the company as I loved it. With out hesitation was told I could order another in a smaller size, I was so happy & wound up ordering 2, & Since there was a promotional sale got another beautiful ring as well.
