I'm highly disgusted with the Springfield, IL Red Lobster! The last 5 times we got "all you can eat shrimp", the waitresses did not even come back to our table to ask what shrimp we wanted, no refills on our drinks, no biscuits refill! The waitress's EXCUSE there's not enough people here to work, THAT IS NO EXCUSE PERIOD! TOTAL BS!
At my job sometimes 2-3 people call off work and I can run the whole business by myself!
Last visit I spent $74 plus a tip, next time I am NOT tipping for poor service! IF there's a next time!
PLUS…your APP is NOT giving me my points!
AlMD…every time I look at the APP I loose points, so how is that?!
I refuse to go to Red Lobster unless the bartender "BRIAN" waits on me OR us! IF he isn't there I am leaving!

I LOVE CHESAPEAKE!
Best waiters and waitresses EVER and the food is amazingly yummy!
