They don't know what they are doing here. My daughter went here for nausea and vomiting with stomach pain. After she could keep food or water down for days she went to the ER. They admitted her. She wasn't getting any better, so I went to be with her at the Hospital. They only let me in, which was good during this time. The doctors had no idea what to do, they just don't have the experience or knowledge that is needed. On the 5th day they said she needs a psychiatrist at that point I said oh no we are checking out. We did and went to a hospital in Colorado, they knew what to do and I had her home that night! Don't waste your money go somewhere else!

My insurance requires us to use optum rx for prescriptions, and the are totally useless! I had only one prescription ever, and they refused to fill it as the doctor wrote it. No explanation just no. I had to get a coupon in order to get what I needed. They are only interested in saving money period. If you use them eventually they will refuse you for something. My husband has to use them too and has so many problems with them. He's on the phone for hours to try and get things right. This last problem was the worst. Because of them he has been without his diabetes medication for over 2 weeks! They keep asking for the same thing from his doctor, the doctor sends it and they won't approve it. Then we start all over again! This med. Is expensive and we can't afford it without insurance. If you can avoid using them do it. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
