I ordered on the 4th March for confirmed delivery. Order never arrived. Breaching Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Order then arrived 5 days later and looked nothing like what was ordered. Less than half the flowers received against what was shown and very lifeless.
When i contacted company emails kept bouncing back. Instagram page wont accept comments and facebook page has been removed.
Still awaiting response re refund. I am now taking to trading standard as breech of contract
AVOID LOVELY Floral world at all costs
