I have booked 7 cruises with Cruises Only in the last few years. After completing the 5th, I was to be "Gold" status, entitled to a $250 + $75 onboard credit. Upon debarking, i noticed my cruise statement reflected only $100. When I returned home I contacted Cruises Only to receive the adjustment, even if it was on my upcoming trip. After waiting 2 wks for them to research it, I was told "the agent forgot to add the proper credit, nothing we can do". Send your business elsewhere, it's what I'm going to do.
