We have Guardsman for extended warranty with Steinawfuls Family Furniture. Guardsman doesn't answer their phone or offer assistance with an existing complaint.

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase warranty if this company is your choice.

“Issues with frayed remotes”

The remotes for the furniture purchased from Steinawfuls are failing, we purchased the extended warranty but, the store wants to send a repair kit to fix them even though Steinawfuls knew they were defective but, continued to use them. Do not purchase from this company, the quality is poor the service is the worst in the industry. Bob's Discount Furniture is better.

Don't buy from this horrible family business!

“Worst furniture and service ever purchased”

We bought our furniture in January of 2021 delivered in April. We had so many issues, with the padding and now the remotes. We purchased the extended warranty and now the remotes are failing. Since 2021 Steinawefuls is using another warranty company as Guardian stinks. They now use different remotes and the ones we have are obsolete, yet they want to fix them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AMORAL COMPANY. You would find better quality at Goodwill.

Tip for consumers:
They should be shut down. They offer zero value.

“ThedaCare is broken”

We went to the ED in Appleton on 1-14-24. When it was time for discharge at 4:00, we asked 3 times for our paperwork to leave. It was a blizzard outside, and we had to wait until 5:30. The waiting room was packed yet, they didn't care that we wanted to leave to free up a bed. ThedaCare needs new leadership!
