Hello Joe, It sounds like you are signed up for our Pay-As-You-Go plan. For every debit/PIN and signature/credit transaction there is a fee. We do have a monthly plan that allows for unlimited purchases. You can change your fee plan at any time through your Online Account Center or with Customer Service.
