This is the second time I've felt compelled to write a review for BeautifulHalo, mostly because there are so many bad reviews out there.

The initial time I ordered from Beautifulhalo the three things I ordered came a week before they were expected. I ordered three printed skirts, one of which was the potato chip print skirt. I wasn't expecting the skirts to be sewn from the finest silk in all of Hong Kong, because this is China we're talking about. Their quality is fine, the images are as advertised, and they arrived a week before I was expecting them.

That's when I wrote my first review. My only complaint was that Beautifulhalo's tracking website is entirely in Japanese, so I couldn't understand a word it said. But still, I got what I paid for.

A couple weeks ago I spent $60 on dresses. I kept checking the shipment status of the ordered on Beautifulhalo's website, but it went unchanged for two weeks. I contacted Beautifulhalo and submitted a support ticket demanding to know what was going on. I'd heard horror stories about people contacting Beautifulhalo's support staff, as in the staff never responds or responds in broken English.

Two hours after I entered the ticket, I received an email with my tracking number and was told that my package had been shipped. And what was better- they now use a tracking website in both English & Chinese! On top of that, they expedited my shipping and the package arrived two days later. The dresses are clearly higher quality than the skirts, but once again, there's a reason I paid less than $25 for each dress, as opposed to $80 per.

So no- Beautifulhalo is not perfect. You need to understand that this isn't the sort of store where you can expect to buy high quality clothing that will last you for ten years. I'm not sure why so many people have had negative experiences with their customer service support staff, but like I said they treated me like the paying-customer I am, promptly and with respect.
