Users/job seekers cannot see any reviews posted by their employers. If you're a VA, there's no way to know if you have a review up on your profile (positive or negative). This is quite unfair (and absurd not to have any visibility of your own ratings!) in case you get one from a dishonest and disgruntled employer, you'd be surprised you're not getting any job opportunities. Onlinejobs.ph Support Team is quite arrogant. Reaching out to them to seek clarification about why you can't see your own reviews is futile because they think they simply don't owe you any explanation. Moreover, the companies/employers are generally the thrifty ones who offer VAs as little as $400 a month for full-time work, though there are a few who are good and fair enough to offer $1000 starting. I would blame it on OJ's salary guide. AS IF they're experts in determining the worth of a VA's skills. Maybe Jonas based it on how much he's willing to pay his Fil workers. LinkedIn jobs are still way better.
