After my original purchase I was happy but after receiving the bike and accessories I am far but happy. After I made my purchase I realized that the 26-in bike that I ordered was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it they refused to even though they didn't ship it yet and now I know why they charge a 15% restocking fee plus make you pay for the shipping and they only give you in store credit do not order anything from this company they are full of s*** not to mention what they did send me was full of rust dents and just an inferior product
Tip for consumers:
Their customer service is more than rude after trying to cancel the order 10 minutes after making it they would not let me do so and that's because they charge a 15% restocking fee and only give you in store credit when you return do not deal with these Crooks
Products used:
None of them they were not as advertised I do not fit on the bike and I cannot return it I'm out $700
