I ordered and paid for a Merv 13 filter. They shipped a Merv 8 filter. So I called customer service they sent out another filter within 48 hours and again it was a Merv 8 I asked a customer service agent how they can make a mistake twice in a row like that. They then said they would send me another filter and I have been waiting almost a week for it. I was frustrated so I went on their chat line and told the Chad agent that I was thinking of canceling my three month subscription and they immediately terminated the subscription so then I wrote an email to the CEO of filterbuy and received no response back. So if the filter that I receive when it arrives and is the Merv 13 I paid for I will then purchase my filters from another company
