I accidentally ordered the wrong product after I placed my order, but within minutes realized it. They have a cancel or modify order option on the website so I asked to modify within 5 minutes of ordering. They responded back a day later saying that wasn't possible and then proceeded to ship it 6 hours after that. They had ample time to fix it, but didn't and stuck me with the product I didn't want.
