After being a customer for over a year i paused my subscription. I received an email stating that I had an order that was already paid for…if i would just update my personal info they would ship it out. I verified my info and they sent me a shipping notice. Saying it would be shipped soon. They then tried to charge my expired card and sent me an email saying my prescription was on hold because of a failed payment. I called them and made them aware of the situation. They admitted that it was just a marketing email to get me to update my stuff so they could charge my card. I told them that is not marketing, but instead, dishonest.
