We ordered and paid for our 180 x 2m Awning and wallsets in April 2022. The Awning arrived in May but to date, we have received three wallsets all labelled "180Awn x 2m Wallsets". None of the wallsets fit the Awning and we are really concerned about the lack of communications with Howling Moon. They are now ignoring our emails and the manager, Andre, will not talk to us on the phone. This crowd seem really dodgy.
