I still am not sure if this is a legitimate store or not. After submitting an order I later received an email from "EcommerceRisk" telling me that they were unable to verify my billing information. I needed to take a picture of my credit card and send it to them. Are you joking? I have attached the email. I have never had a legitimate company tell me to send them a photo of a credit card.
I cancelled my order on the spot.
Thank you for your review, Chris. This email is a legitimate email from our Ecommerce Risk team. In order to protect our customers' security, we will sometimes ask for verification when it is your first order. Sometimes the billing information used during checkout does not match the information on the credit card. Our team just needed to confirm that you are the one placing the order. We do not need the entire credit card, just a photo with everything except your name and the last 4 digits blocked out. A utility bill or photo ID with your name and address would also suffice. This is purely for customer security, as we take our customers' security very seriously. If you have any questions about this, please let us know.
