Purchased porch swing and upgraded mounting hardware. Took almost 3 months to get. Hardware wasn't included in box. Got a swing, can't use it. Emailed multiple times because phone service is non-existent. I keep getting help ticket emails back. They focus on sales but obviously have problems with fulfilling basic business duties: customer service order fulfillment. Not sure how they can survive on this. They are not giving me any reason to give them kudos.
