Ordered seat cover on 11/27; promised to ship by 12/04; shipped 12/16; I had to reach out for order update; product is ok, not worth $400+
I should've known this company was out of touch and stopped order, but I didn't; product didn't fit

Called to request return and return shipping label, no such luck; You'll pay for return shipping

You wonder why people like Amazon? See above.

EDIT: was charged a 15% restocking fee because of 7 pet hairs; AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know this company is to be avoided. They are out of touch with reality and out of touch with how business is conducted, now or in the past.

Products used:
Ordered rear seat cover(s), did not fit due to headrests unable to be removed; returned and issued partial refund (15% restock fee, pay for shipping product to you AND pay for shipping product back for return)
