I am old enough and wise enough to know that if an offer looks too good to be true it is too good to be true. And still I placed an order on this website before reading the reviews. Doh! I had the presence of mind to immediately block the credit card I used (the card company were really helpful) - the transaction had not been processed before I phoned - thank goodness. And I changed the answer to the security question on the MyCollects website.
However, the LiveHelp button on their website does work - you need to wait for about 10 minutes - and they did accept a cancellation which duly appeared on the account.
Moral: ALWAYS look at the reviews BEFORE placing an order with small companies you haven't dealt with before.
