The fiberboard snap & lock system falls apart. Won't hold together now. Slides around. They didn't sell us the pad either. Had to buy pad at Lowes. It cost us $500 & we're taking it all back. Do NOT buy from lumber liquidators.

I wish I would have read the reviews of LL Flooring before buying. It was the most horrible...
