I started to be impressed with this company, however I did the the previous rating before the report was issued. The investigator, was given a well detailed brief, with vehicles and property details, yet investigated the next door property with a drone. The correct property and vehicles are seen in the images provided. I did the job a few days later myself and got the information needed with just a drive by. They asked for a 5k retainer, for a job they spent a fee hours on, I paid 3k and they decided to pull coverage quickly because I didn't pay the other 2k. Given the morning screw up I wouldn't have paid them anything. I had the hard work done with a tracking device, so had the majority of the work completed. I have since asked for a partial refund, and been ignored, or advised they will review the matter. Done with waiting. Simply put, don't use, they have incompetent investigators that can't read a very detailed brief, or care about details, they are quick to collect and quick to pull out of a job. The investigator even argued with me the location of the target car, to the information I was telling him. Yet what was seen in the drone images, the target vehicle was exactly where I told him of its location. Certainly look for another company. Certainly, if possible do as much as you can yourself first. I can see and experienced however a business can prey on the vulnerability of people that need help with getting the last bit of information. Be cautious using this business, they don't give you any terms of engagement so there is nothing in writing of expectations or what they will do for you for the initial 5k retainer. So glad that I have learnt and lost 3k.
