I ordered 2 medium biker dog harnesses on their site. Two weeks after ordering, I wanted to find out where my order was so I checked the site, the order showed 'in process', I sent an email. Got a quick response that the items were on back order. I asked for an ETA - 4 days later, I got an answer to that question: 60-90 days! I'm so disappointed. The worst part is, they actually manufacture them in house, so it doesn't make sense that it will be 2-3 months out of stock unless there is a shortage on nylon or D-rings or maybe the plastic buckle.
