High level: I contacted customer services at OPP France as I didn't get my shoes I ordered. I showed proof via my camera that they were not delivered/signed for at my door as OPP France had said. OPP then changed their story that it wasn't signed for and it was delivered to a parcel locker. I explained to them it still was never delivered to my mailbox either. OPP France proceeded to tell me I was responsible for following up with their carrier when I have paid for a service This seems to go beyond poor customer service and now I feel scammed as OPP operates with fraudulent practices. There is nothing in my interactions with the Customer Service Team at OPP that ensures they were looking to help with my issue from the get go.

Let me start by saying I had OPP France shoes given to me as a gift and I really liked them. Which is why I went to order another pair right before the holidays in 2021. My shoes never arrived although a tracking notice said they were delivered on Dec 31st. I gave it a few days before reaching out to the customer service team at OPP because of course things can be delayed. When I submitted a request to the CS team at OPP, I got a response within a day or so, telling me I needed to reach out to the delivery vendor because their records showed they had gotten a signature on the shoes. I replied back that I did not sign for anything, that I have proof on my camera nothing was ever delivered and that they needed to work with the delivery vendor they contract with on the investigation; my ask in the meantime was for OPP to make it right by either sending me a new pair of shoes or refunding my money. After I showed proof, OPP France told me we don't know who to believe and then changed the story that it wasn't signed for and that it was delivered to a parcel locker. After multiple (20 emails at this point) back and forth and 14 days later, it is still not resolved. In addition, OPP has tried to turn it around on me that I am putting pressure on them and I'm not helping them solve this because I won't work with the delivery vendor. What I should also mention, there were multiple delivery vendors listed on the tracking (Yun Express, FedEx and USPS) - so this has really become more of a wild goose chase. They have been accusatory that I am lying and I am part of the problem. Save yourself the time, money, energy and headaches.
