Both the sales 0800 and Customer Service 0844 numbers kept you on hold and then to answerphone. I eventually got through after 30 or so calls and about 5 days of calling (i did leave a couple of messages but no call backs) To be fair they did give me a refund promptly. Their address is wrong, they have moved to Great Leighs, so they are in breach of distance selling regualtions. Their T&C states that as the prints are bespoke and personalised the option of cancellation after 7days doesnt apply. They may print the pictures to order but they are not bespoke or personalised they are a standard stock item and do not qualify for the exception.
