I had ordered nice speaker from the website, but it came very badly damaged because the packaging was not thought out at all. I contacted them for an exchange, and they were happy to send a return label, and send me another speaker. However, they ran out of stock, so they gave me a full refund instead. I later checked the website a day later and found my original speaker for $40 dollars less, so I decided to give them a second chance. The second speaker came in much better packaging, and the product was exactly as expected. My only complaint is the time lost trying to figure out the whole damaged product issue that could have easily been avoided. Customer service was good overall.
