I booked a flight yesterday for 2 seats at 500 on their big special. Got a confirmation email that it was in progress. Today it was canceled and email sent me a request for a call. I did lady on the phone said first it could take days for a booking to be completed. But she literally told me they gave my seats and price to a family of 4. But i could get on the same flight economy for almost 3 times the original price. 500 to 1289. Price switch pissed me off. And they are Still advertising old price!

No advise that cheap tickets are STAND-BY but salesperson emphasises how much cheaper they are....
