Elizabeth Arden by far has the worst customer service from any company that I have ordered from in the past. I placed an order 2/18/24. The package was delivered on 2/21/24 to the wrong address and returned to the warehouse. After various e-mails and phone calls, nothing. It is now 4/4/24 and I am still waiting for my refund or reshipment. Elizabeth Arden, you can do better than this. Change your customer service and regain your loyal customers back. This would never happen at a Dept. store
