I received a fake Gucci handbag- once I informed them that it was fake they were very unhelpful but I insisted on returning it. They then charged me a 15% fee because they said it had a scuff that wasn't there before, which was of course not true. Avoid them!

As explained in our offline conversations, we offered you all the guidance to prove your item was authentic and even proposed you a free authenticity report made by our experts, you have declined and insisted to return it. Then, based on the fact that the return was requested past the 10 day return policy we do have, you have been informed that if there were any damages we will apply a fee, you have agreed on those terms and return the bag. As we want to make sure we offer the best quality products to all our clients, we expect products to come back in the same condition as sent, which is why we originally have a strict 10-day return policy to protect our clients and the quality of product they purchase.
